Directed SIF Network File Format
The directed SIF format is similar with original SIF format.
The two interacting nodes in each line, the earlier one is pointing to the latter one.
(node A) tab (relationship type) tab (node B)
Such that, it means node A is pointing to node B (A --> B).
Additionally, the input file may contain multiple separated networks, PROFEAT automatically detects each connected network, ranks them by their number of nodes, and outputs descriptors for each individual network accordingly.
