Legend of Pathway    

Each red, yellow, green, and light-blue box represents a therapeutic target, non-targeted protein, effect, and a process involving an unidentified protein respectively. A white circular box represents the action of small molecule ligands, and a pink circular box represents the site and action of a drug. The symbols +, -, ¡ü(Up arrow), ¡ý(Down arrow), P, R, E, D, S and A in the circular boxes represent activation, inhibition, increased level, decreased level, phosphorylation, release, exposure, dimerization, substrate and antibody respectively.
